Summary/Objective: The Senior Treasury Analyst will have primary operational responsibility for key functions such as debt compliance & reporting, timely & accurate collection of global data for insurance renewals, global daily cash reporting, U.S. cash forecasting, quarterly cash flux analysis, bank administration & payments, FBAR reporting, cash investment analysis & recommendations, FX spot trades, monthly MTM analysis & corresponding journal entries, treasury board chart preparation, and various other types of treasury activities as required. Support internal & external audit requests. Lead or assist with treasury & other ad hoc projects as necessary as well as serve as back-up for other roles within the department. Participate in possible treasury management system implementation. Position reports to Treasury Manager in Rogers, CT. Essential Functions: Maintain & timely file all credit agreement related compliance, prepare & maintain executive summary of current agreement, serve as main point of contact for all credit agreement related questions, conduct regular education and updates to keep all functions informed as to company obligations as it pertains to the credit agreement, assist with any recapitalization initiatives. Timely & accurate collection of all exposure related information necessary to renew various insurance policies throughout the year as well as preparation of annual insurance budget, claims reporting & handling, internal education sessions to keep team aware of insurance coverage & requirements. Prepare daily global cash report & distribute, prepare monthly U.S. 13-week cash forecast, prepare quarterly global cash flux analysis Bank administration responsibilities on multiple bank platforms, review & release weekly AP ACH & wire payments, AP FX spot trades, review & release IC payments as necessary, annual FBAR reporting. Lead preparation of all treasury related Board presentation materials Monthly MTM & other treasury related journal entries for accounting close as necessary Review cash investment opportunities & make recommendations for excess cash in line with policy requirements. Lead or assist with treasury & other ad-hoc projects, back-up other roles within the department, support internal / external audit requests as necessary Required Education and Experience: Bachelors’ degree in Accounting and/or Finance 5 to 7 years related experience Strong internal control knowledge Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills and team building skills Strong analytical skills Attention to detail Self-starter Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Powerpoint Financial modeling Financial statements interpretation Writing and presentation skills Preferred Education and Experience: PeopleSoft / Bloomberg / HFM knowledge (combination of all or some of these systems) CTP designation This position does not require supervisory responsibility.
