The Global Cash Manager primary responsibility will be to ensure all entities in the International Division are funded and excess cash deposited with the IHB (In-house Bank) in a timely and efficient manner. This role reports to the International and Domestic Directors of Treasury.
Essential functions and responsibilities
Consolidate weekly cash flows and ensure appropriate ongoing liquidity in each of the company’s global operations, initially in MS Excel and assist in the conversion to the Reval TMS.
Ensure all cash positions are updated in the TMS daily via BAI2/Swift 940 and Self Reporting.
Provide Corporate Accounting team with sufficient detail daily to allow them to book prior day transactions.
Manage the intercompany loan portfolio that covers more than 300 loans across 200 entities. Ensuring that all loans and loan repayments are booked accordingly on the TMS.
Run the FX portfolio, including spot, forward and swap contracts and MTM report via TMS/FX All
Run the monthly netting platform (euronetting) to convert all intercompany positions to I/C Loan relationships with the Global IHB
Inform other Treasury members on payments to enable the input of wire transfers related to FX trades, invoices, and loan repayments and drawdowns
Help complete the implementation of the Treasury Management System
Provide reports to local and corporate finance teams to enable them to complete month end reporting
Work collaboratively with Senior Management in Tax, Legal, and Accounting on the entity rationalization project related to the DTZ/C&W merger
