Job Summary:

To assist the Regional treasurer in the direction and management of the organization’s treasury activities. The Senior treasury analyst will be responsible for the daily cash management and reporting for multi-currency operation. Individual should be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Review daily bank reports & manage daily electronic transfers
  • Maintain loan agreements, schedules, interest calculation, and confirmations
  • Prepare short-term and long-term cash forecast
  • Administer the credit card & travel program; including running reports to ensure compliance
  • Maintain and analyse all medical related accounts. Prepare loss history and monthly reports
  • Prepare short-term and long-term cash forecast
  • Review and analyze all bank & financial fees on monthly basis
  • Manage bank relationships and account documentation and listing
  • Obtain letter of credits and manage schedules, fees & process invoices
  • Prepare all job-related journal entries in Oracle
  • Facilitate financial and ERISA audit requests
  • Supervise Treasury Associate and provide back up support as needed.
  • Manage special requests and projects by treasurer or CFO

Education & Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science in Business (finance, accounting, economic, banking), MBA, CTP preferred
  • Broad knowledge of financial/business environment, 3-5 years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, banking software, Oracle, or other financial reporting package
  • Excellent professional and communication skills to work with banks and internal staff
  • Keen to produce accurate results
  • Self-starter & efficiency driven
