1.Oversees and manages day-to-day global treasury operations.* Daily collateral reporting (Borrowing Base Certificate preparation)* Daily cash position & treasury transactions reporting* Banking and Credit Card systems administration* Banking transactions processing and/or approvals* Executing global payments* Process foreign exchange rates & transactions* Opening & closing bank accounts around the world* Resolving pending, rejected & recalled transactions

2.Support the Corporate Treasurer on financing transactions and strategic initiatives enabling the global expansion of the Company.

3.Prepare and/or review cash and collateral reconciliations.   Ensure that all other monthly reconciliations and supporting schedules, assigned to Treasury, are completed timely, and that all reconciliation items are identified in detail and resolved.

4.Manage the cash operations associated with our Home Equity Line of Credit and the related equity transactions. Work with the Equity Operations Manager  and Equity Department on funding planning and execution, and with the General Ledger Group on the related reconciliations and the recording of interest and fees.

5.Prepare for and manage periodic collateral audits conducted by our various banks.

6.Be prepared to provide, organize & manage back-up coverage for Treasury roles and processes that occur due to illness, vacations, or other staff absences. Likewise, manage cross-training opportunities to ensure uninterrupted critical treasury operations, and to provide development for growth and variety in accountabilities.

7.Ownership to lead Treasury-related implementation of cash, banking & payments processes, and related automation and interface with/from our banks and other payments providers, within Microsoft Dynamics AX financial system. Must maximize the capabilities and efficiencies enabled by our new financial system in the automated execution and management of treasury operations, encompassing global payments and cash receipts application.

8.Based on AX data, and historical cash inflows and outflows, support the Corporate Treasurer in (1) developing a global cash flow budget and projection model (forecast) that provides insight to maximizing and improving the company's overall cash flow cycle, and (2) identifying and measuring FX exposures of foreign currency denominated cash flows (by currency)

9.Manage FX rates acquisition, entry & usage throughout the Company.

10.Manage Treasury staff development and growth.

11.Performs other related essential duties, supports other Treasury roles, and participates in projects, as assigned, requested, or as growth opportunities.

Required Experience:

Highly analytical with critical thinking and problem solving skills. Process driven, organized, and produces results within defined deadlines. Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship skills; Personal values result in ownership of accountabilities.  Self-starter, innovative, team oriented and confident in his/her abilities.  Previous supervisory experience required.  Hungry to learn & grow.

Required Experience:

Prefer 5 to 7 years specific global treasury experience in a multi-national organization, with proven practical experience in accounting, analysis and finance management.  Must have a solid understanding of international business involving multi-currency transactions, and familiarity with the requirements and complexities of global payments transactions.   Must have previous supervisory experience, ideally, 2 to 4 years in a supervisory role.  Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel, strong skills in Oracle Financials, and Microsoft Office.
