Job Description

We are in need of a full-time Administrative/Accounting Assistant with 2+ years of experience in office administration and general accounting. Candidates must be passionate, driven, motivated and very detail oriented. Candidates must be skilled with QuickBooks/NetSuite software being that this role will consist of a varying degree of moving parts.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support the finance department with A/P and A/R activities
• Assist with processing vendor invoices
• Assist with customer invoicing
• Organize, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
• Answer phones and maintain the overall organization of the office
• Communicate and follow up with vendors and customers
• Provide administrative support for the production and purchasing/inventory departments
• Special projects and other duties as assigned

• 1+ years of QuickBooks/Accounting experience
• Must be organized/detail oriented and proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work well in a team environment and under minimal supervision
• Experience in production and inventory a plus
• NetSuite experience a plus
