Job Description

FiREapps is a global market leader in Foreign Currency Analytics and Exposure Management software and provider of analytics to corporate finance departments.  Corporate treasury and finance teams at top multinationals use our cloud analytics to quantify and analyze the impact of currency volatility in their business and manage the risk associated with operating in multiple currencies.  

 The Client Success Manager owns the client lifecycle for their assigned clients and work closely with the Client Services and Sales teams to ensure that clients can monitor and realize value throughout their entire FiREapps experience. This position works in concert with the Vice President of Client Success to maintain, strengthen and expand all ongoing client relationships. You will be a key member of the global Client Success team.

As a Client Success Manager, you will manage, renew, and service your assigned clients within our rapidly growing client base. Your goal is to ensure clients are realizing value from the FiREapps application, have high satisfaction with their investment, while also identifying new business opportunities within those named accounts. You will need to build strong and trusted relationships with your clients. Your clients will typically be Treasury and Finance executives so it is essential that you have a very strong finance background and experience working within a cloud based software company.

Primary responsibilities include:

·         Build multiple relationships within client organizations.

·         Prepare and join onsite visits alongside other members of the FiREapps team.

·         Track the progress during client enrollment.

·         Manage all levels of client stakeholders

·         Ensure that the value sold mirrors the value achieved by each stateholder

·         Facilitate internal communication.

·         Understand and track changes to the client’s business objectives.

·         Be able to quantify and articulate the value realized to your clients throughout the client lifecycle

·         Manage all client related processes and documents.

·         Support internal departments with client interactions.

·         Communicate content on new releases, new functionality, current events at FiREapps, and relevant marketing information to clients. 

Education and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent skilled work experience required

·         Must have 2+ years providing services to Corporate Treasury clients

·          2+ years’ experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, or similar environment 

·         Must have 5+ years’ experience as an account manager within a B2B software company

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·         Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal resources across the organization.

·         Strong understanding of Corporate Finance and Accounting

 ·         Strong understanding of Excel, SharePoint and SalesForce

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and demeanor.

·         Strong ability to multi-task while having an attention to detail.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a cross functional team in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

·         Highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
