We are looking for a Global Treasury Specialist to join our team!

  • Provide expertise and support in the tactical execution of global treasury operations activities, focusing on global payments, banking transactions, reporting, and the delivery of exceptional cross-functional and cross-departmental customer service. 
  • Daily validation of banking data for all Global Connect (gC) Transferee setups and amends/changes as well as validates banking data for all vendor loads.
  • Research wire & ACH rejections or holds by our international payments providers or our bank, and determine what additional information may be needed or what data needs corrected; put the vendor on hold, and route the rejected and hold transactions back to AP or Client Financial Services (CFS) for the acquisition of corrected data, and ensure that front-end systems are corrected as well, to eliminate ongoing issues.
  • Additional duties include construction of Manual wires for payments that were rejected by automated system. GRSW, GCI and Equity check processing. Pulling Payment Journals and ACH, Wire and International Wire Output files from D365 financial system and reviewing and validating all transactions for proper banking data.      
  • Build and process GRSW international wire transfers through our international payments providers, and within, executing FX conversions, providing estimates for funding purposes, and preparing final transactions.  Furthermore, prepare and process the international payments upload files, transmit, and confirm.
  • Review and process GRSW domestic ACH transactions through our NACHA file upload process; this involves validating the completeness of banking data, and the likelihood of successful ACH processing.
  • Research wire & ACH issues, request wire traces and SWIFT confirmations from our international payments providers, request ACH recalls from our banks, and communicate with internal teams on global payments concerns.  Additionally, provide confirmations of wire executions, as requested by Operations, when payment delivery is uncertain.
  • Cross train and be prepared to provide back-up coverage for complete GRSW payments processes, or other Treasury roles (as trained), as necessary, due to illness, vacations, or other staff absences.
  • Support the establishment of automated treasury processes associated with the implementation of our new Microsoft Dynamics AX Financial System.
  • Performs other related essential duties, supports other Treasury roles, and participates in projects, as assigned, requested, or as growth opportunities exist.

Required Skills

Strong interpersonal communication and relationship shills; Personal values drive ownership of accountability.  Hungry to learn & grow. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, strong skills in Microsoft Dynamics preferred, and Microsoft Office.

Required Experience

Experience in a professional Treasury or Finance and Accounting position is preferred.  Ideally 2 to 3 years' experience in Treasury for a global organization, or otherwise 5 years' experience in a Finance or Accounting role with a global organization, with an understanding of international business involving multi-currency transactions.  Preferred to have familiarity with the requirements and complexities of global payments transactions.  Proven practical experience in accounting, analysis and finance management, with specific treasury expertise.  Demonstrated knowledge of global business operations, with a solid understanding of the foreign currency aspects of international transactions.   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business or related field of study or an equivalent level of experience in professional Treasury or Finance and Accounting position.
