Job Description


Serves as a key point person for Treasury Management & Personal Banking clients, while assisting the EVP and team with various support functions.


Business Development Administration:

  1. Develop / maintain a business pipeline report
  2. Develop/Maintain Business Analytics (FISERV) reports
  3. Input/Update CRM (Client Relationship Management) system when implemented
  4. Develop / maintain a prospect report
  5. Develop / maintain client contact plans
  6. Assist Executive Vice President and team in tracking relationship manager performance

 Executive Support Functions include:

  1. Trustworthy with confidential and proprietary information
  2. General Administration
    1. Maintain and Update EVP’s calendar
    2. Schedule / confirm internal and external meetings including with clients and prospects
    3. Coordinate / book travel and lodging
  3. Review and process e-mail daily
  4. Review and process incoming US and courier mail
  5. Prepare memos and correspondence as needed
  6. Copy, scan and file documents as needed
  7. Assist EVP and team to prepare for internal and external meetings
    1. Assist in preparing presentations
    2. Coordinate with clients
    3. Coordinate with other departments of the Bank
  8. Assist executive in monitoring client reporting including account analysis (Weiland pricing module) overdrafts, deposit deficits, fee waivers, etc.


Departmental Administrative Functions include:

  1. Develop and or maintain client mailing lists
  2. Coordinate / assist in event planning (often in cooperation with other areas of the Bank)
  3. Schedule conference rooms
  4. Coordinate departmental meetings and agendas
  5. Perform multiple clerical duties including but not limited to –account opening forms (e.g. Know Your Client (KYC), etc.)


  • Other duties as assigned


  • Knowledge and understanding of Commercial Banking, Treasury Management and Private Banking
  • Experienced in handling sensitive and confidential client and employee information
  • Positive attitude and willingness to perform added tasks as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interface with clients
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with data analysis and report creation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented and organized- must proofread work and make corrections before presenting to management
  • Ability to multi task- must adapt easily to change and be able to perform well with multiple interruptions and adjustments throughout the day
  • Time management- must be able to juggle several projects at the same time and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Tact and diplomacy in dealing with clients
  • Knowledge of Fiserv helpful


  • College Degree required
  • Bachelor of Science in Business or related field preferred
  • Commercial Banking experience a plus
  • Previous experience as an administrative / executive support role helpful
