GENERAL SUMMARY

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a very important role in the Finance department. This individual must possess High level of integrity, great attention to detail, strong financial acumen, and a high aptitude for leveraging technology and financial systems. The Senior Financial Analyst will have a broad range of responsibilities involving all aspects of the monthly financial close, Fixed Assets, Treasury, GL responsibilities, and fulfilling the internal and external reporting requirements
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Examines a variety of financial statements and transactions for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with accounting standards.
•Prepares or reviews journal entries and account reconciliations
•Monthly financial close and reporting process related activities
•Prepares related financial reports and statements. Compiles, consolidates, and conducts basic analysis of accounting and finance information. Produces monthly and annual financial statements and reports. Reviews accounting adjustments, reports and analysis.
•Perform complex projects for Accounting, A/P, A/R and Treasury functions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•4-6 years of relevant professional work experience in Finance/Accounting
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Ability to balance multiple responsibilities with flexible prioritization
•Must be extremely proficient with spreadsheets (Excel) and possess a solid understanding of financial and accounting fundamentals
•Able to work well with people across multiple functions with 
•Comfortable with dynamic environment and flexible work schedule
•Professional verbal and written communication skills

•Work environment:  This position is performed within an office environment.  While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time if traveling from one building to another.  The noise level is low in the office environment.  The incumbent in this position is expected to work independently and as part of the team.
