WellsOne Service Center


The  WellsOne® Service Center is a line of business within Treasury Management Client Delivery. The WellsOne® Service Center is responsible for on-boarding new customers and providing ongoing support for existing customers of Commercial Card products. Commercial Card products are issued to commercial and corporate clients to allow greater control over employees' spending patterns for business purchases and services. WellsOne® Commercial Card is Wells Fargo's proprietary commercial card offering, and it's the top revenue-generating product for Treasury Management.

You will be responsible for managing team members within a region to ensure they provide the highest quality customer service to Commercial Card clients while adhering to WellsOne processes and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing staffing requirements for product and service delivery
  • Developing best practices and solutions to customer and team member issues
  • Working directly with clients, relationship teams and internal partners to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Overseeing team recruitment, training, and development; consulting with internal partners and manager to develop solutions and strategies
  • Assisting with budget and forecast; providing input into the development of policy and procedures
  • Responsible for assigned projects and/or may participate as a member of a larger project

Second shift schedule is 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm MT; does require some weekends (Sat and/or Sun)

Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business units risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of treasury services experience, financial services experience, or a combination of both
  • 1+ year of leadership experience in treasury or financial services

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work internally and externally to meet the needs of the customer base
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team(s) responsible for customer servicing
  • Strong Treasury Management system knowledge and skills -  TSYS (1 and 2), ServiceView, InfoSource, Online Forms, UAM, Hogan
  • Problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Management experience; including overseeing a team responsible for implementing/servicing treasury management services, implementing defined business objectives, and executing business development strategies
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders, and team members
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross team environment
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Call center experience
